Financial Services

  • Collect and process all assessments, depositing funds directly into the association’s accounts

  • Maintain separate, secure bank accounts in the association’s name with full transparency

  • Issue invoices and statements to homeowners

  • Process payments to approved vendors

  • Provide the Board with clear financial reports

  • Prepare and deliver Federal and State tax filings

  • File the association’s annual state entity report to maintain compliance

  • Prepare a complete annual operating budget for Board review and approval

Administrative

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and the community

  • Review, understand, and accurately apply all governing documents, including Bylaws and Restrictive Covenants

  • Attend Board meetings and the annual meeting, providing guidance and support as needed

  • Obtain competitive bids and negotiate maintenance contracts, executing them according to Board direction

  • Coordinate and monitor emergency work orders, ensuring timely response and resolution

  • Collaborate with the Board to ensure year-to-year continuity and assist in planning future capital projects
