Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and the community

Review, understand, and accurately apply all governing documents, including Bylaws and Restrictive Covenants

Attend Board meetings and the annual meeting, providing guidance and support as needed

Obtain competitive bids and negotiate maintenance contracts, executing them according to Board direction

Coordinate and monitor emergency work orders, ensuring timely response and resolution

Collaborate with the Board to ensure year-to-year continuity and assist in planning future capital projects
