Sunrise works closely with our Boards of Directors and collectively we operate within the bylaws and Restrictive Covenants of the association. There are some violations that are clearly spelled out in these documents that we can address, but in many cases there are issues for which we have no jurisdiction or authority to address. One of our duties is to help educate our residents and to point them in the right direction when there are issues for which we have no authority.
